Events FAQ

How much time can I schedule for?

We only schedule one event per day: your day is all about you! The rental day starts at 8 AM and concludes at 10 PM. This includes set-up and clean-up time.

Is your venue accessible?

  The property is a natural outdoor setting, and as such it is handicapped accessible but may present some limitations. For additional information about accessibility, please contact us at desiderata.ranch.info@gmail.com

How many guests can your venue accommodate?

Including the organizers, our outdoor venue can accommodate 250 people. Our barn has a capacity of 100 total people. Please note, tables and chairs are only provided for the first 100 guests. Organizer is responsible for additional rentals.

Are rentals included?

  Desiderata Ranch will provide dining tables, chairs and white linens for up to 100 participants, a value of over $1000. All other rental needs are covered by the event organizer. Our preferred vendors can be found here.

Can I use this venue for regularly scheduled events?

Yes! In fact, we can offer special pricing for regularly scheduled events such as classes, retreats, workshops, camp-outs, fundraisers, etc.

Is there parking available?

Ample parking is available on-site.

What is your alcohol policy?

You may bring alcohol on-site for the event but it must be served by a bartender only. Self serve of alcohol is not permitted.

Can I schedule a rehearsal as well?

A rehearsal is included in the cost of your event! You may schedule a rehearsal one week prior to the event as our schedule permits.
